Sahanur is a 9-year-old boy belonging to a very poor family. His mother is the only bread earner in the family of five. Sahanur’s mother works on daily wages basis. Sometimes they have to sleep empty stomach if wages are delayed or not earned. There was a time she used to believe that her children were not destined to go to school as she couldn’t afford their educational expenses. For her it is a Herculean task to manage her family of five. However, Sahanur’s destiny changed dramatically when he got an opportunity to study in Imagine School. He recently got promoted to grade 3. He loves to dance and sing. He has a keen interest in learning computers. By studying in Imagine School, Sahanur is learning many skills. Here he is getting an opportunity to have the best education which will help him to grow up as a good human which may serve as an example for many in his local community. He is very happy and excited to have this privilege. He has an ambition to become an engineer.
